Price Action Notification – Cable Accessories and Apparatus

Dear Valued Customer,
Thomas & Betts will be implementing a price increase on the Cable Accessories & Apparatus product lines listed below. These increases are applicable to stock pricing with an effective date of December 3, 2018. These increases are in line with an earlier announcement this year applicable to annual blanket renewals and spot purchases effective April 9th. While cost management is an ongoing practice which we support in part by our continuous capital investment in U.S. manufacturing facilities, external factors can hamper the best efforts. The drivers for this increase include higher costs from suppliers, raw materials, transformation, transportation, healthcare, and labor.

We reserve the right to modify the effective date and/or percentages based on changing government regulations and market conditions. Additionally, we reserve the right to limit order quantities based on historical purchase patterns.
